Assisted with bi-weekly classes for the “Salud con Sabor Latino para los Niños” Program. Helped teach children, ages 10-15 years old, nutrition curriculum and exercise habits in an underserved neighborhood.
Developed, planned and led class through weekly hands on healthy cooking demonstrations
Researched best practices for youth behavior change programs and synthesized into a final report
